The SciDev Board of Directors is highly aware of the importance of the Company’s corporate governance framework in establishing accountabilities and managing risk. We take our goal of delivering value through sustainable development seriously.

We do this through targeted actions which ensure that we achieve economic, social and environmental sustainability in a balanced and value‑enhancing manner for all stakeholders.
