We are pleased to announce that Mathews Monjardim has recently joined our team in Western Australia as Field Service Engineer. Mathews brings with him a wealth of knowledge, including an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from UFMG Brazil (Federal University of Minas Gerais), as well as a professional certificate in The Foundations of Modern Mining, which he is close to completing.

Mathews’ extensive expertise in customer success management, process control techniques, and improvement project methodologies, as well as his knowledge of metallurgy basic principles, will undoubtedly be invaluable to our team.

Prior to joining SciDev, Mathews worked as a Technical and Commercial Graduate with CBMM/Niobium, as well as a Technical Service Engineer and Process Engineer with Novelis.

Mathews is motivated by SciDev’s mission to build a sustainable future, and we are thrilled to have him on board!
