Bobby entered the oil and gas industry in 2011, cutting his teeth in the demanding shale environments of the Eagle Ford. With over a decade of hands-on experience at industry majors like Halliburton and Weatherford, he joined SciDev a year and a half ago, bringing a masterclass understanding of hydraulic fracturing and well stimulation equipment. For Bobby, field operations are a craft that requires constant vigilance.

“Stay humble and never assume you know it all,” he advises. “Discipline is the foundation of true success. Master the basics, avoid shortcuts, and document everything”.

Outside the Core

True to his disciplined nature, Bobby stays sharp through running and boxing training. When he isn’t on-site, he is a dedicated father to his daughter, Neriah Grace, and takes great pride in the craft of BBQ.
